The thing that bothers me here is that we could do a similar study on any marginalised group and our findings would be pretty much the same. Oppressed people have poorer health outcomes BECAUSE oppressed people have poorer health CARE. Novo is simply exploiting this fact to convince the NHS to fund their drug for longer than 2yrs.
